[Sapunoteka gift card]

Gift cards are a right choice as well for gifting people who are not close to us, because the gift arrives at their e-mail address.
Gift cards can be purchased in the amounts of 50.00, 100.00, 200.00, 500.00 and 1,000.00 kn, and they last for 5 years from the date of purchase of the gift card.
After purchasing the gift card, you will receive an e-mail link that takes you to the gift card with all the necessary information (card code, amount and expiration date). You can forward this link to the person of your choice.
If you have chosen the credit card payment option, a message with a link to the gift card will arrive immediately after the payment is made. If you have chosen the option of payment by general payment slip, internet banking, etc., the message will arrive after the registered payment.

General terms and conditions for gift card business:
Article 1 General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) with the Sapunoteka gift card (hereinafter SDK) represent the legal basis for doing business with SDK. The General Terms and Conditions are binding on both the issuer and the owner of the SDK. By purchasing or using it, each SDK owner undertakes to know and adhere to the applicable applicable GTC.
Article 2 The issuer of SDK is Sapunoteka, Tromilja 9, 22221 Lozovac, Croatia. The SDK is available in HRK (Croatian kuna) and can be purchased online and used exclusively on the web store www.sapunoteka.com.
Article 3 The SDK is a card with stored values, which contains a code and is used to pay for goods and services in accordance with General terms of purchase. Each SDK has a unique identification number.
Article 4 The minimum amount that can be paid to the SDK is HRK 500.00 (fifty kunas), and the maximum amount is HRK 1,000.00 (one thousand kunas). The SDK is filled with the balance when buying through the online store. The SDK can be used until it is emptied (the balance is equal to 0 kn (in words: zero kuna) within its validity period. The SDK cannot be recharged. The amount paid is not accrued. The owner of the SDK can check the balance on SDK and expiration date via contact forms.
Article 5 The SDK is valid for 5 (five) years from the date of filling the SDK. The balance that may remain on the SDK after the expiration date is no longer available and decays; as a result, the SDK owner is no longer entitled to the balance. The buyer or the owner of the SDK is obliged to keep records on the expiration of the SDK, since he will not receive any prior notice on the expiration of the SDK. Complaints after SDK expiration are not possible.
Article 6 The owner of the SDK may transfer it to a third party without restriction. By transferring the rights, the new owner acquires all the rights that the previous owner had. The issuer of the SDK is not obliged to verify the identity of an individual and is not responsible for the loss, destruction or possible misuse of the SDK.
Article 7 Upon purchase, the buyer - the owner of the SDK - receives proof of filling and keeps one copy for his records as evidence for the possible implementation of complaints.
Article 8 Purchases through SDK can be made only in the amount of the balance on SDK. If the value of the balance on the SDK is not sufficient to make the entire purchase, the customer pays the difference to the value of the purchased goods. If the purchase value is less than the balance value on the SDK, the remaining value will be recorded on the SDK and can be used until the SDK expires. SDKs cannot be exchanged for cash; it is also not possible to obtain payment of the residual value in cash.
Article 9 The issuer is responsible for resolving complaints when paying with SDK; therefore the SDK owner must contact in case of a complaint in writing. The amount of the balance paid to the SDK is stated in the presented invoice, from which the amount of the balance paid to the SDK is derived.
Article 10 The issuer of the SDK shall not be liable for the loss or theft of the SDK and any damage that may occur as a result of unauthorized disposal of the SDK or unauthorized removal of the balance from the SDK.
Article 11 These GTC shall enter into force on the day of their publication on the Sapunoteka website. The Issuer reserves the right to change these GTC at any time and without prior notice. Amendments to the GTC become effective on the day of their publication on the Sapunoteka website.
Article 12 Unauthorized and illegal use of the SDK is punishable. An issuer may refuse to do business with the SDK if it determines that it is counterfeit or if its validity period has expired. Any disputes between the owner of the SDK and the issuer are resolved before the really competent court in Šibenik, Croatia.
