How to use the Sapunoteka website?

You can use the Sapuneteka website as a registered user or as a guest.

Registered users do not have to fill in the required data (eg address) with each order, but they are loaded automatically. They are also able to view the history of the orders they made earlier. Also, some discounts will be available only for registered users, based on their previous orders.

How to order products?

Products are ordered by adding them to the cart. Products, quantities, individual prices and the total amount of the order are clearly indicated in the basket. You can also remove individual products or change quantities.

When you are satisfied with your order, proceed to checkout.

What are the payment options?

Currently, we offer two payment options:

1 - Internet banking or general payment slip

You can make the payment via internet banking, or via a general payment slip at the counter of a bank, post office, etc.

The payment is recorded manually after it becomes visible on our giro account. We record at least once a day, every working day. If you wish, in order to process the records faster, you can send us a confirmation of payment to our email sapunoteka@gmail.com.

CorvusPay secure online card payment.

3 - PayPal

For PayPal users, payment via this web service is enabled, for payment follow the instructions that PayPal sends you. Your payment is calculated automatically.

How is the delivery made and what are the delivery times?

1 - In the area of Croatia

Delivery is made by express delivery service. The delivery service is provided by GLS.

The delivery price is €3.50, and for orders over €30.00, delivery is not charged.

We deliver orders within 2 working days of payment.

The delivery time of the delivery service is 2 working days from the day of delivery.

2 - In the area of the European Union

For delivery to Poland and Slovenia, you can now order directly from our website.

For delivery to other countries of the European Union, you can place the order through our website. The postage is calculated automatically depending on the weight of your order and the zone in which your country is located, and the amount is visible at checkout. For orders over €100.00, delivery is free!

3 - Other countries

We currently do not deliver to other countries, but you can contact us via our contact form to check delivery options for your country.
