How to use the Sapunoteka website?

You can use the Sapunoteka website as a registered user or as a guest.

Registered users do not have to fill in the required information (eg address) for each order, but they are loaded automatically. They are also able to view the history of orders they have placed earlier. Also, some discounts will only be available to registered users, based on their previous orders.

How to order products?

Products are ordered by adding to cart. The cart clearly indicates the products, quantities, individual prices and the total amount of the order. You can also remove individual products or change quantities.

When you are satisfied with your order, you move on to billing.

What are the payment options?

We currently offer two payment options:

1 - Internet banking or general payment slip

You can make the payment via internet banking, or via a general payment slip at the bank counter, post office, etc.

How is the delivery done and what are the delivery deadlines?

1 - In the territory of Croatia

Delivery is made by express delivery service. The delivery service is performed by GLS.

Delivery price is 25.00 kn, and for orders over 250.00 kn delivery is free of charge.

We ship orders within 2 working days of payment, or of the order if the cash on delivery option is selected.

The delivery time of the delivery service is 2 working days from the day of delivery.

2 - In the territory of the European Union

For delivery to Poland, You can order soap products directly from our distributors in Poland via the website www.sapunoteka.pl .

For delivery to Slovenia, You can order Sapunoteka products directly from our distributors in Slovenia via the website www.sapunoteka.si .

For delivery to other European Union countries, you can place an order via our website. Postage is calculated automatically depending on the weight of your order and the zone in which your country is located, and the amount is visible when charging. For orders over HRK 750.00, delivery is free of charge!

3 - Other countries

We do not currently deliver to other countries, but you can contact us via our contact form to check delivery options for your country.
