1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Sapunoteka, obrt, (hereinafter: Sapunoteka) is the owner of the website www.sapunoteka.com (hereinafter: the site). The terms of use regulate the use of services and content of the site.

The Terms of Use prescribe the terms and conditions for the end users of the site, and by using the site, the users agree to the stated terms and conditions.

All materials available on the site are the intellectual property of Sapunoteka, and may only be used with the written consent of the owner.

Exceptionally, if this is specifically stated, the material is not protected and may be used freely, exclusively for marketing and promotional purposes, for example in promotional articles.

In case of maintenance or external circumstances, access to the site may be impossible.

2. BUYER

The buyer is a physical or legal person who undertakes to purchase through the site.

The buyer is obliged to enter the correct information when registering and ordering.

The buyer must have business capacity.

3. SALES AND PRODUCTS

The price is clearly displayed and represents the retail price including VAT, expressed in HRK.

The minimum amount of an individual order is HRK 50.00.

The discount is clearly indicated, and contains the price before the discount and the price during the discount.

The coupon allows you to purchase at a discount or other benefits to security code owners. The code can be obtained as a reward for a previous purchase, and as a promotional code.

We try to show the most vivid appearance of the product with photos of the product, but it does not necessarily correspond to reality. Our products are made by hand and certain deviations will always exist. Deviation is also possible due to different settings of the screen on which photos are viewed.

The composition of the product stated in the product details corresponds in reality and in its entirety to the composition of the product being sold.

In the event that due to a large number of orders, the condition of the product in the warehouse is not well recorded, there is a possibility that it will not be available after processing the order. In this case, we will notify the customer of the defect, the period within which it will be available, and offer the choice of canceling the purchase, waiting until the product is available, or replacing the product with an available product.

4. PAYMENT

The customer chooses the offered products, which are stored in the cart and at any time the current amount of the order is clearly highlighted, and it is possible to add and remove individual items and quantities. When he has finished selecting the product, he proceeds to order.

The customer can choose between several payment options:

- general payment slip / internet banking, the payment is recorded manually, after a visible payment on the Sapunoteka giro account, and at least once a day every working day. The buyer is obliged to state the order number in order for the payment to be properly recorded.

- online card payments via the CorvusPay system.

Records of payment are visible to the customer in the details of the user account, and via email notification.

5. DELIVERY

Sapunoteka delivers the express service, and the delivery is made on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. The service provider is GLS in Croatia, and the Croatian Post and its subcontractors in the European Union. 

Sapunoteka ships orders within 2 working days after payment, or the order itself in case of cash on delivery.

Delivery within Croatia is charged at a price of 25.00 kn including VAT. For orders over HRK 250.00, delivery is free of charge.

Delivery outside Croatia, and in the European Union, is automatically calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery zone, and the amount is visible when charging. For these orders in the amount above HRK 750.00, delivery is free of charge.

If the order is returned after sending, the buyer is obliged to pay the amount of postage for resending, even if he was previously entitled to free postage depending on the amount of the order.

6. COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

Sapunoteka undertakes to pack the products it sends in a proper and safe way in order to avoid damage in delivery. If you notice damage to the package, you are not obliged to pick up the package.

Sapunoteka is responsible for the material lack of items it sells on its site in accordance with positive regulations Law on Obligations Of the Republic of Croatia, and in particular Articles 400-422 of this Act.

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, you can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

In order to be able to terminate this contract unilaterally, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the contract unilaterally before the deadline by an unequivocal statement sent by mail, fax or e-mail, stating your name, address, telephone number, fax or e-mail address, and you can also use the attached example of the unilateral termination form at the bottom of this text.

The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or to a third person designated by you, who is not a carrier.

If you unilaterally terminate this contract, we will refund the money we received from you, including shipping costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract.

The refund will be made in the same way as you made the payment. In the event that you agree otherwise to a refund, you will not incur any costs in relation to the refund.

We can refund only after the goods are returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us.

We bear the costs of returning the goods ourselves.

You are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.
