Notice on how to submit a written consumer complaint
In accordance with Art. 10 paragraphs 1 - 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14), you can submit your written complaint expressing dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service:

In accordance with Art. 10 paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14), we will respond with a written response no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Please clearly indicate in your complaint the name and address to which the response should be sent.
