[Sapunoteka gift card]

Gift cards are also a great choice for giving gifts to people who are not close to us, because in this case the gift will be sent to their e-mail address.
Gift cards can be purchased in the amount of:

They last 5 years from the day of purchase of the gift card.
After purchasing a gift card, you will receive a link by e-mail that takes you to the gift card with all the necessary information (card code, amount and expiration date). You can forward this link to the person you want to gift.
If you have chosen the option of payment by credit card, you will receive a message with a link to the gift card immediately after the payment has been made. If you have chosen the option of payment by general payment, internet banking and the like, you will receive the message after the recorded payment.

General terms of business with a gift card:
Article 1. The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) with the Sapunoteka gift card (hereinafter referred to as SDK) represent the legal basis for doing business with SDK. The general business conditions bind both the publisher and the owner of the SDK. By purchasing or using it, each owner of the SDK agrees to know and comply with the applicable TOU.
Article 2. SDK is published by Sapunoteka, Tromilja 9, 22221 Lozovac. The SDK is available in kuna (HRK) and can be purchased online and used exclusively on the web store www.sapunoteka.com.
Article 3. The SDK is a stored value card, which contains a code and is used to pay for goods and services in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase . Each SDK has a unique identification number.
Article 4 The minimum amount that can be paid to the SDK is HRK 500.00 (fifty HRK), and the maximum amount is HRK 1,000.00 (one thousand HRK). The SDK is loaded with a balance when purchasing via the online store. The SDK can be used for so long, until it is empty (the balance is equal to HRK 0 (literally: zero kuna) within its validity period. The SDK cannot be recharged. The amount paid does not earn interest. The owner of the SDK can check the balance at SDK and validity date via the contact form .
Article 5 The SDKs are valid for 5 (five) years from the date of filling the SDK. Any balance remaining on the SDK after the expiration date is no longer available and forfeits; the consequence is that the owner of the SDK no longer has rights to the balance. The buyer or the owner of the SDK is responsible for keeping records of the SDK expiration, since they will not receive any prior notification of the SDK expiration. Complaints are not possible after the SDK has expired.
Article 6. The owner of the SDK may transfer it to a third party without restriction. By transferring the rights, the new owner acquires all the rights that the previous owner had. The SDK publisher is not obliged to verify the identity of an individual and is not responsible for the loss, destruction or possible misuse of the SDK.
Article 7. Upon purchase, the customer - the owner of the SDK - receives a proof of filling and keeps one copy for his records as evidence for the eventual implementation of complaints.
Article 8. A purchase through the SDK can only be made up to the amount of the balance on the SDK. If the value of the balance on the SDK is not sufficient to carry out the entire purchase, the client pays the difference up to the value of the purchased goods. If the purchase value is less than the SDK balance value, the remaining value will be recorded on the SDK and can be redeemed until the SDK expires. SDKs cannot be exchanged for cash; it is also not possible to receive payment of the remaining value in cash.
Article 9. The issuer is responsible for resolving complaints when paying with SDK; that is why the owner of the SDK must be contacted in writing in the event of a complaint. The amount of the paid balance to the SDK is shown in the invoice presented, from which the amount of the balance paid to the SDK is derived.
Article 10. The SDK publisher is not responsible for the loss or theft of the SDK and any possible damage caused by unauthorized disposal of the SDK or unauthorized removal of the balance from the SDK.
Article 11. These GTC shall enter into force on the day of their publication on the Sapunoteka website. The publisher reserves the right to change these TOU at any time and without prior notice. Amendments to the GTC come into effect on the day of their publication on the Sapunotek website.
Article 12 Unauthorized and illegal use of the SDK is punishable. The issuer may refuse to do business with the SDK if it is found to be counterfeit or expired. Any disputes between SDK owners and publishers are settled before the competent court in Šibenik.
