Terms of purchase and use of the content of the site

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Sapunoteka, obrt, (hereinafter: Sapunoteka) is the owner of the website www.sapunoteka.com (hereinafter: site). The terms of use regulate the use of services and site content.

The terms of use prescribe the conditions and rules for the end users of the site, and by using the site users agree to the specified terms and rules.

All materials available on the site are the intellectual property of Sapunoteka, and can only be used with the written permission of the owner.

Exceptionally, if it is specifically highlighted, the material is not protected and can be freely used, exclusively for marketing and publicity purposes, for example in promotional articles.

In case of maintenance or external circumstances, it is possible that access to the site will be impossible.

2. BUYER

A customer is a natural or legal person who undertakes to purchase through the site.

The customer is obliged to enter correct data during registration and ordering.

The buyer must have legal capacity.

3. SALE AND PRODUCTS

The price is clearly marked and represents the retail price including VAT, expressed in kuna.

There is no minimum single order amount.

The discount is clearly indicated, and contains the price before the discount and the price during the discount.

The coupon enables purchases with a discount or other benefits to holders of the security code. The code can be obtained as a reward for a previous purchase, and as a promotional code.

With product photos, we try to show the best appearance of the product, but it does not necessarily correspond to reality. Our products are handmade and certain deviations will always exist. A deviation is also possible due to different settings of the screen on which the photos are viewed.

The composition of the product specified in the product details corresponds in reality and in its entirety to the composition of the product being sold.

In the event that due to a large number of orders, the state of the product in the warehouse is not well recorded, there is a possibility that it will not be available after the order has been processed. In this case, we will inform the customer about the shortage, about the deadline in which it will be available, and offer the choice of canceling the purchase, waiting until the product is available, or replacing the product with an available product.

4. PAYMENT

The customer selects the offered products, which are stored in the shopping cart, and the current amount of the order is clearly displayed at all times, and it is possible to add and move individual items and quantities. When he has finished choosing the product, he continues to order.

The customer can choose between several payment options:

- by general payment/internet banking, the payment is recorded manually, after a visible payment on the Sapunoteka giro account, and at least once a day every working day. The customer is obliged to indicate the order number in order for the payment to be properly recorded.

- online card payment through the CorvusPay system.

- PayPal.

Payment records are visible to the customer in the details of the user account and via email notification.

5. DELIVERY

Sapuneteka delivers by express service, and delivery is made within the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. The provider of the service is GLS in the territory of Croatia, and Hrvatska pošta and its subcontractors in the territory of the European Union. 

Sapuneteka delivers orders within 2 working days after payment, or the order itself in the case of cash on delivery.

Delivery within Croatia is charged at HRK 25.00 including VAT. For orders above HRK 250.00, delivery is not charged.

Delivery outside Croatia, within the territory of the European Union, is automatically calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery zone, and the amount is visible at checkout. For these orders over HRK 750.00, delivery is not charged.

If the order is returned after sending, the customer is obliged to pay the amount of postage for resending, even if he was previously entitled to free postage due to the size of the order.

6. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

Sapuneteka undertakes to properly and safely pack the products it sends in order to avoid damage during delivery. If you notice package damage, you are not obliged to collect the package.

Sapunoteka is responsible for the material lack of items it sells on its website in accordance with the positive regulations of the Law on Obligations of the Republic of Croatia, especially Articles 400 - 422 of this Law.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this contract, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiration of the term by an unequivocal statement sent by post, fax or e-mail, in which you will state your name, address, telephone number, fax or e-mail address, and you can also use the attached sample form for unilateral termination of the contract at the bottom of this text.

The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or to a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier.

If you unilaterally terminate this contract, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract.

The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment. In the event that you agree to another way of returning the amount paid, you do not bear any costs in relation to the return.

We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you sent the goods back to us.

We bear the costs of returning the goods ourselves.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

You can fill out a copy of the form for unilateral termination of the contract on our website (below this text) electronically and send it to sapunoteka@gmail.com. We will send you the confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.
